Building a team.
Sharing the craft.
I trained and coached the Ilyass Visuals team in the skills behind our work. That meant sharing techniques, reviewing edits and designs, explaining creative decisions and helping people become more independent.
Alongside making the work myself, I learned to coordinate complementary roles and keep a production moving. These are people I’ve worked with and coached across the agency’s journey.
